SAMJUNG TECH Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) regards your personal information as important and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal information you provide is used and what measures the Company takes to protect it.

If this Privacy Policy is amended, the Company will announce the change through a notice on the website (or by individual notice).

This policy takes effect on August 1, 2026.

1. Personal Information Collected

The Company collects the following personal information for consultation and related purposes.

3. Retention and Use Period

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. Where retention is required by applicable law, the Company retains member information for the period prescribed by that law, as follows.

4. Destruction Procedures and Methods

In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. The procedures and methods are as follows.

Destruction procedure Information you enter for membership registration or similar purposes is transferred, after the purpose has been fulfilled, to a separate database (or to a separate physical file in the case of paper records). It is stored for a specified period in accordance with internal policy and applicable laws (see Retention and Use Period) and is then destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate database is not used for any purpose other than those permitted by law.

Destruction method Personal information stored in electronic files is deleted using technical methods that make the records unrecoverable.

5. Provision of Personal Information

The Company does not, in principle, provide users’ personal information to third parties, except where users have given prior consent, or where disclosure is required by law or requested by an investigative agency in accordance with procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes.

The Company outsources the following operations to an external specialist in order to deliver its services.

7. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives, and How to Exercise Them

Users may at any time view or correct their registered personal information and may request withdrawal of membership. To view or correct personal information, use “Change Personal Information” (or “Edit Member Information”). To withdraw membership (withdraw consent), select “Withdraw Membership,” complete identity verification, and then view, correct, or withdraw directly. You may also contact the privacy officer in writing, by telephone, or by email, and we will take action without delay. If you request correction of an error in your personal information, we will not use or provide that information until the correction is complete. If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify that party of the correction without delay so that it can be updated. Personal information that has been withdrawn or deleted at a user’s request is processed in accordance with the “Retention and Use Period” section and is not viewed or used for any other purpose. For children under 14 years of age, the legal representative has the right to view or correct the child’s personal information and to withdraw consent to collection.

8. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Collection Devices

The Company uses cookies and similar technologies that store and retrieve your information from time to time. A cookie is a very small text file sent by the server that operates the website to your browser and stored on your computer’s hard disk.

The Company uses cookies for the following purposes.
